• Adding a is_modeled_data dimension in reporting would allow to display to end users how much modeling is impacting each line of their reports to take better informed decisions. For instance, consider the following:

• If this feature is not possible as a dimension for an unknown reason, an acceptable alternative would be to add modelling information in the ResponseMetaData like for sampling (however it would provide less information).

(Optional) How does this feature request affect Google Analytics users that use your application.

• Google Analytics users that use my application have currently no information of how much modelling is applied to their data, decreasing their trust in the Blended reporting identity. Developing the feature would help regain their trust in this reporting identity.

• No impact to developers not interested in the feature.
• Higher user trust using this feature

• Making every request twice while switching the Reporting identity between Blended and Observed in the Admin UI (not yet available in the Admin API), and then computing the differences between both version of each request. Definitely not scalable.

(Optional) If this feature request is not implemented, how would you address the issue at hand.

• Either continue to use the current alternative despite being user, developper, and API heavy, or more likely abandon the insight.
