Description
What you would like to accomplish:
I would like to request for a Notification/Alerting Channel to be enabled for Dataproc resources that are managed by GCP. A sample example is the Debian OS image version 10[1] reaching EOL on 2024/07/31. Unless the Dev's take a manual look at the public docs, they would not be aware of this changes.

How this might work:
Enabling Pub/Sub channels or having Recommender insights on the specified resources might provide heads up to the end users utilising the respective resources.
If applicable, reasons why alternative solutions are not sufficient:
There is no current alternative automated solution present currently.
