Issue report:

If you set componentRestrictions: {country: 'ru'} there is no matches for Crimea cities
If you set componentRestrictions: {country: 'ua'} everything is ok: cities were found

despite the situation, if we want to comply with local (Russian) laws we should show Crimea cities as Russian cities when region setted to RU.

steps will reproduce the problem:

1.

2. autocomplete.setComponentRestrictions({country: 'RU', types: ['(cities)']})
