There are a lot of expensive accessories I've purchased or been gifted that quit workin with android 4.2. Android devs need to get on this. 3 broken versions and numerous minor updates and it hasn't even been triaged yet. Completely unprofessional.

Hi,
I'm a third-party Wear OS developer working on an app that syncs health data to the user's phone, primarily step data. I’d like to extend this functionality to include the user's active zone minutes. Currently, Wear OS does not share active zone minutes directly, which is understandable, but the lack of heart rate data throughout the day poses a challenge. The only workaround is to continuously monitor the user's heart rate in the background, which is not battery efficient.
My suggestion is to enable Wear OS to openly share more health data with third-party apps (with user permission), including:
