If the view is initially measured to too small then the solver will report it "inconsistent" and exclude some rows/columns. If the view is later resized to become large enough to fit everything then the previously excluded rows/columns are still missing.

The bug seems to be that the valid member of the Arc class is not reset to true in/after a invalidateValues call.

The issue can be worked around by extending the GridLayout class with:

      arc.valid = true; // Never done by invalidateValues!

}

I assume this issue also affect the framework GridLayout.
