Issue summary:

The customer noticed that the method projects.search [1] does not work as documented. More specifically, in the aforementioned documentation it is stated that the query ‘name:how*’ will return only the projects that are starting with the string ‘how’. However, the query returns all the projects that have ‘how’ somewhere in their name, not only the ones that are starting with ‘how’.

According to the internal discussion this should be addressed from a perspective of either a change in the Public documentation or from a query behavior point of view.
