Description
Cx is experiencing an issue where a custom role for agents always causes users to be recognized as managers in the CCAI Platform.
Requested feature
Cx is facing an issue where custom roles with elevated permissions for agents in Google Cloud Contact Center AI Platform (CCAI) lead to users being automatically recognized as managers when added to a team. This behavior is considered working as designed, as the system assigns management permissions to users with managerial permissions.
Justification
This issue requires a feature request to add the ability to select the role (agent or manager) when adding users to a team.
Current workaround
Cx needs to raise a feature request to improve user management. The system is working as the product is designed(Intended behaviour).
