Our app currently uses the Google Photos API to display a list of the users media on Google Photos in our own UI. We do this because we need to be able to load and display the media for a specific day.

However the Photos API is changing and as of March 2025 won't support our use-case anymore.

We would like to switch to the Photo Picker since it now supports Google Photos, but we would need a way to scroll to a certain date. Since the default behaviour is to show the newest to oldest. For example, could pass in a Date object or a timestamp and have the Picker UI scroll immediately to that date (or the nearest date that has media).
