danalbert: didn't you already fix this?
Description
This issue only occurs on Wear OS 5. On previous versions (Wear OS 4 and below), the "Display over other apps" option is visible and can be toggled as expected.
Is this a known issue or a bug specific to Wear OS 5?
Steps to reproduce:
1. Target Wear OS 5.
2. Request "display over other apps" permission in the app.
3. Navigate to the system settings to grant the permission.
Expected behavior:
The "Display over other apps" toggle should be visible in the settings, similar to previous Wear OS versions.
Actual behavior:
Only "Modify system settings" and "Install unknown apps" toggles are visible, with no option for "Display over other apps."
Device:
Wear OS 5 (multiple devices)
Impact:
This is blocking users from enabling the required permission for apps that need to draw over other apps on Wear OS 5.
