Describe your issue

In the Street View viewer, following pano links to unavailable panos in certain situations breaks the programmatic link between the pano canvas and everything else. Specifically:

• The pano canvas stops responding to anything but events taking place on the canvas itself. For example, commands such as the API methods setPano and setPosition no longer change the pano displayed in the canvas.
• Events in the canvas no longer affect API method outputs and no longer propagate to other controls (e.g. the compass, link arrows, etc.).

Please report the version of Google Maps API

What steps will reproduce the problem? Please also provide a code sample which demonstrates your issue (e.g. via jsfiddle.net, or jsbin.com)

1. Open the pano at 50.447140639864, 30.513723269923, pano ID CAoSLEFGMVFpcE5UcFhZUmlYTkFlekg5RHNvNnNrU21vMnpZa1hTWmpqcjMtUFpS
2. Open the web page console (for verifying something in step 4).
3. Pan southwards.
4. Hover and move cursor around pano if necessary until (when a circle with an arrow pointing southwards gets shown under the cursor?) "Uncaught TypeError: a.A is not a function" gets thrown to the console.
5. Click the southwards links control arrow (not the aforementioned one in the circle that moves with the cursor, but the fixed one in the bunch of four) to move one pano south.
6. Try to do something else -- for example change the pano using setPano or the Pegman control.
