I've created a working TimePickerPreference. I've posted the code at
http://www.ebessette.com/d/TimePickerPreference .
Thanks,
Eric

Actually, while the TimeTickerPreference by ebessette is working quite well, it's not working completely. If a user enters a time manually by typing, it does not get saved. It only gets saved if the user changes the time by means of the + and - buttons.
Such a preference class should really be added to the SDK.

Description
the user to be able to enter in a time. There is not currently a
TimePickerPreference class, but I believe this would be very useful to
have. I'm implementing one now and will post the code when it's done.
For full coverage, I suggest adding a DatePickerPreference too.
Thanks,
Eric
