When using the text-shadow CSS property, a blur radius of 0 causes the
shadow to not appear.

For example,
text-shadow: 1px 1px 1px #000;
appears as expected, with a black, slightly blurred shadow shifted 1px down
and 1px right.

However,
text-shadow: 1px 1px 0 #000;
does not appear at all, while it should display an unblurred shadow.

I've tried it with both "0" and "0px", as well as without a color, but the
result is the same.

Upgrade was never offered. I was offered directly Android 16. I can't
install Android 16 as I want to leave beta.

This is probably related to that View.setShadowLayer() with a radius of 0.0f disables the text shadow.

it seems .06em works fine in GT-I9003 android 2.3.6 and ZTE V987 android 4.1.2.
maybe .0515629em or other correct value will trigger android 2~3 render.
