Description
Multiple projects were deleted previously but the client can still see that service agents from those projects have inherited permission in cloud kms keyring and other resources as well. These projects do not exist in the organization anymore. The permissions should be cleaned up if projects get deleted.
What you expected to happen:
Clean up all the roles/permissions after projects are deleted.
Steps to reproduce: N/A
Other information (workarounds you have tried, documentation consulted, etc):
The client can also see that they can grant role/permission to those service agents from the IAM console.
