Problem you have encountered:

An user indicated he is unable to save saved queries [1] but other team members can do it

The workforce pools the user is using has all the necessary roles BigQuery Job User, Dataform Admin, Owner at the service Project

Upon further investigation it is determined other users when using Google authentication can save the saved queries but when authenticating with OKTA they are unable to do it

We have seen this document [2] which indicated this feature of save query is not supported at the moment for federated authentication

What you expected to happen:

We are expecting for federated authentication while using BigQuery with OKA autntication the users will be able to save their saved query

Steps to reproduce:

Use a federated authentication to log in and try to save your own saved query [1]

Other information (workarounds you have tried, documentation consulted, etc):

At this moment using Google authentication it is working as expected.
