Yes, any mount script is broken because it must execute the mount command under "adb shell"

Description
Looking online I see that people recommend disabling and deleting the App and start again to change the region.
I have found how to disable but there is no way to delete the app. If you expect me to delete the project well... no, that's not happening.
So far the experience with the app engine has be really bad. All sorts of gotchas and inflexibility that make no sense for a cloud system. For instance I am not allowed to connect to a Cloud SQL server in a different region.
