I right-click on my project structure and select New -> Fragment.
Then I can chose between Blank Fragment and Fragment List.

I would like to be able to chose a DialogFragment.

Build: 1.1.0, AI-135.1740770, 20150218, 1.8.0_25-b18x64-Oracle-Corporation,-Windows-8(amd64)-v6.2--(1920x1200)
