"Hypothetical" user story:

As a developer, I want to be able to know what devices are going to be automatically excluded when I add a new required hardware feature. The play store gives me some of that information, but I need a way to programmatically get a diff of with and without that new feature. (With potentially thousands of devices in a supported list, manually diff'ing is impractical. That information is necessary, though, to make a proper business case to my product leads for dropping a set of devices for a new feature.)

I'm not looking for market penetration estimations in this feature. Purely device lists based on device capabilities and my declared requirements.
