On the Nexus 5x*, the device still prompts you to enter your pin (password/pattern) when it is first powered up --- to boot the phone (if you selected that option in settings) or to unlock to home screen for the first time. This is the exact same behavior the emulator exhibits and it makes sense: it is a matter of security (and there is a warning for that in the settings menu too).
If we don't want the emulator to exhibit the aforementioned behavior, we have to change the settings app the same we did for the default lock behavior (phone boots to home screen locked). If that is what you want, please clarify.

Description
Android SDK Tools: 25.0.0
Host Operating System: OS X
System Image: API 23, version 10
Steps to Reproduce Bug:
1. Under Security Settings, Create lock screen passcode
2. Under Security Settings, add Fingerprint and add Fingerprint "Finger 1" in QT UI
3. Lock Screen and unlock via Touch Sensor button in Fingerprint QT UI
4. Exit Emulator
5. Reboot Emulator
6. Attempt to unlock with Fingerprint
Expected Behavior:
Emulator remembers fingerprint in order to unlock screen
Observed Behavior:
Fingerprint is forgot at restart and PIN is the only option to unlock
