Upgrade was never offered. I was offered directly Android 16. I can't
install Android 16 as I want to leave beta.

Description
1. Go to
2. Click "new issue"
3. Select type from dropdown
4. Find some suitable title
5. Fill in versions of used components
6. Actually describe the issue, with enough information, stacktrace, screenshot, etc
7. fill captcha
8. submit issue
This surely could be made easier for developers from within Android Studio, at least to skip steps 1-2-5-7
It would show some Google love to developers
