Customer needs to analyze the agent assist and payload cloud features to be able to use chart and voice channel activation within the payload, the most important major concern, customer to analyze cloud settings before they round up to another level by finding the easier way of navigating around cloud features and by understanding terms and conditions of cloud computing API.
Description
Summary of the feature request as below:
- The customer is using the agent assist to perform chat and call payloads
- They have pub/sub configured that listens to new messages
- While looking into this doc [Doc 1] , we can see the “new_message_event” which the customer is trying to capture in the payload
- The customer would like to differentiate the `chat` and `voice` channel in the payload by adding the channel field in the payload
