Using the Emulator web page indicates that the console can be used to check the network status and current delay and seed characteristics.

Neither the "netstatus" or "network status" commands are supported.

Upgrade was never offered. I was offered directly Android 16. I can't
install Android 16 as I want to leave beta.

Same issue, we can change network type from UI and we can't from command line ? Android emulator source code is it available ?
