Upgrade was never offered. I was offered directly Android 16. I can't
install Android 16 as I want to leave beta.

Description
The commands under Network Speed Emulation are not supported in the console. The emulator allows the user to simulate various network transfer speeds.
emulator -netspeed <gsm | hscsd | gprs | none | edge | umts | hsdpa | full| <num> | <up>:<down> >
network speed <gsm | hscsd | gprs | none | edge | umts | hsdpa | full| <num> | <up>:<down> >
Result:
KO: unknown command, try 'help'
The emulator and network commands are not listed under help.
