I found that dependent libraries that are available as both testProvided and compiled fail the build. The prepareXXLibrary task for the common library is added twice (since the set of dependencies contains separate entries for the optional and non-optional dependency) and the build fails with this error:

A problem occurred configuring project ':lib'.
> Cannot add task ':lib:prepareProvidedConflictCommonUnspecifiedLibrary' as a task with that name already exists.

Surprisingly, the build only fails when using "testProvided" - "provided" just works. I have attached a small project that repros the issue when running ./gradlew :lib:test.
