Build #AI-143.2821654, built on April 28, 2016
JRE: Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.7.0_79-b15)
JVM: Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM Windows 7 64bit CS.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
Unknown. I was renaming app directory, app package. After this operation was everything functional (app).
EXPECTED RESULTS:
Former behaviour - project views list being clicking on the toolbar (red arrow.
OBSERVED RESULTS:
Problem is that project view list (alt+1) cannot be accessed with mouse (there is no triangle). Lately, after clearing ideas caches, .idea/workspace.xml removal, I have found out that all missing choices are accesible by alt+down.
It was like this (see triangle on the right side of Project)

SOLUTION
Use alt+down short-cut to show Project view list
P.S.: for now - I will be using that alt+down shortcut
