We use build flavours heavily with a lot of common code. The refactoring support in AS is really good but it continually catches us out when it doesn't work across all flavours in a project. It's a big gap for serious product development.

Studio Build: 2.2 Preview
OS: OSX
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a layout in layout editor.
2. Drag FloatingActionButton onto the layout (it's under "Custom - Design")
A dialog called Resources appears (see screenshot). It's empty for about 20 seconds. An indeterminate progress bar/wheel would be nice.
When it does finally load, the UI (especially scrolling) is very janky.
