A detailed guide on how to implement python Poetry to interact with GAR using only public Service Account Keys, without any other libraries or dependencies would be highly beneficial.

This way, python Poetry could also interact with GAR without using additional gcloud authentication methods, as per documentation [1] suggests that gcloud is necessary for this configuration.

This implementation would also be helpful for configurations in other tools (i.e CIDR), this would work by using a clean install of the python Poetry to use only the public Service Account Keys.
