There should be no need to excluding any dependencies: we automatically remove them from the test APK if they are in the main APK.

Cloud projects are now selected directly from a dropdown list (with a refresh button that has a tooltip).
Description
See attached screenshot.
The indicated button has not tooltip title.
Based on the dialog that appears when you click it, I suggest it be "Choose Cloud Project"
This also seems like a strange icon choice and UX flow because the dialog simply contains a dropdown list. Why not put the list right in the config dialog instead of requiring users click the GEAR icon?
