Version of Espresso: com.android.support.test.espresso:espresso-contrib:2.2.2
Android version on the recording device/emulator:
Api 24
It's mostly not a bug, but i think a necessary feature request. It's possible to run espresso recorder only with production environment, but often tests are run with test environment with some mocks & fakes, provided by di framework. So it will be great to run recorder with such mocked data from androidTest environment.
