If I the project is checked in to git, so Android Studio marks the files which got changed since the last commit. If I do fast changes to an unchanged files und revert this change (e.g. hit spacebar in sourcecode and immediately backspace to revert this whitespace), than the file markdown stucks, so that it shows the file has changed while the rapid change was reverted. I can get out of this by simply make not that fast changes to the file, but the Bug still exists while making fast changes.

Status: New

We use build flavours heavily with a lot of common code. The refactoring support in AS is really good but it continually catches us out when it doesn't work across all flavours in a project. It's a big gap for serious product development.
