Steps to Reproduce:
1) Open Vector Asset Studio
2) Choose a SVG file
3) Notice that the .xml filename is prefixed with ic_, even though vectors are often used for other things than icons
tl;dr: When exporting an SVG from VAS do not prefix the file with ic_
