Problem you have encountered: Upon executing Cloud Build and pushed image to GAR in different project, the Security Insight return "No build details found." but the same process works fine when it's executed in the same project


What you expected to happen: The build details should be displayed regardless where the build is executed


Steps to reproduce: To build and push image through cloud build in a different project than the Artifact Registry


Other information (workarounds you have tried, documentation consulted, etc): To build and push image in the same project
