ConstraintLayout version: 2.1.3

I used the barrierMargin attribute to shift a Barrier towards the start edge of the referenced views (-20dp). It was perfectly fine with LTR layout, but with RTL layout, the views that used that barrier as reference were measured with 0 width. The project I experienced this does not have a not public source code, but if it's not clear what causes this issue, I can create one.
