Steps to reproduce the problem

1. Enable "high contrast text" option in Android
2. Make sure browser is not running and you don't have any PWAs running
3. Start new instance of browser and navigate to https://baglieg.neocities.org/test (text should be blue, but it's red)
4. Minimise browser
5. Open browser (text is now blue)

Problem Description

Newly opened instances of Chrome or Edge on Android ignore the OS's contrast setting. They start responding to the contrast setting only after switching to another app or minimising the browser, and then switching back to the browser. 

I made a minimal page to reproduce the bug at https://baglieg.neocities.org/test This page should have blue text when @media (prefers-contrast: more) is active.

This bug is present in current stable Android versions of Chrome and Edge. This bug is not present in Android Firefox; Firefox handles @media (prefers-contrast: more) correctly on the first attempt.
