Description
After creating a VM based on a self-built image, accessing data on the disk will be very slow. Customer found similar problems when using AWS, and AWS provides a method for preheating data [1]. Customer would like GCP to provide a similar method to speed up data storage and improve data access speed.
What you expected to happen:
After creating a VM based on a self-built image, accessing data on the disk will be fast enough as the feature mentioned in[1].
