Description
Please provide as much information as possible. At least, this should include a description of your issue and steps to reproduce the problem. If possible please provide a summary of what steps or workarounds you have already tried, and any docs or articles you found (un)helpful.
Problem you have encountered: We have engineers using non GA roles when assigning permissions, this is an issue as it seem depending on where you are in the org, or which org you are in you may get different results when assigning these perms.
Eg In the GUI of one project I can see the Alpha role roles/admin but in another I cannot
What you expected to happen: I would like to be able to restrict the use of alpha and beta roles in my organisation. now I would say that we should be able to choose, IE we may only want beta and GA, or only GA roles
