Polyline3DElement inserts a bunch of jagged lines when elevation changes across the whole line.

Please report the version of Google Maps API

Alpha. 3.58.8-alpha

What steps will reproduce the problem? Please also provide a code sample which demonstrates your issue (e.g. via jsfiddle.net, or jsbin.com)

1. Set up a 3D map
2. Add a Polyline3dElement where the altitude differs significantly between points.
3. Set altitudeMode to RELATIVE_TO_GROUND
4. Use a few different lat/lngs

Example:

    altitudeMode: google.maps.maps3d.AltitudeMode.RELATIVE_TO_GROUND,
    coordinates: [{lat: 60, lng:16, altitude: 30000}, {lat: 58, lng:17, altitude: 20000},

    geodesic: false,
    strokeColor: "purple",
    strokeWidth: 8,
  });
map.append(poly);

I've attached an image. I see similar problems even when the altitude change is not large.
