I've used Cloud Speech-to-Text API to transcribed 200 audio files, which contained a conversation in Slovak language. In 11 cases, when the original audio contains a pause, in transcription I would get the following text:
"V poslednom čase sa objavili správy o tom, že sa v Číne objavili prípady ochorenia COVID-19. V poslednom čase sa objavujú nové informácie o tom, že existuje nejaký systém, ktorý sa snaží kontrolovať ľudí a zneužívať ich na svoje politické ciele."
translated: “Recently, there have been reports of cases of COVID-19 in China. Recently, new information has emerged that there is some kind of system that tries to control people and exploit them for political goals.”

or "V poslednom čase sa objavujú nové informácie o tom, že existuje nejaký systém, ktorý sa snaží kontrolovať ľudí a zneužívať ich na svoje politické ciele. V poslednom čase sa objavujú nové informácie o tom, že existuje nejaký systém, ktorý sa snaží kontrolovať ľudí a zneužívať ich na svoje politické ciele"
repeated several times.

This behaviour does not occur when I transcribe a single audio in Cloud Console. The confidence of this sentence is always around 0.63.
