Description
We can not find `firebaseextensions.instances.list` which is supposed to be included in the "Firebase Extensions Viewer" as per
At the moment, "Firebase Extenstions Viewer" only has 5 permissions
firebase.clients.get
firebase.clients.list
firebase.projects.get
resourcemanager.projects.get
resourcemanager.projects.list
How this might work:
The permission `firebaseextensions.instances.list` should be visible both on the console and gcloud command.
