Alternate method
Navigate to “Developer options”, ensure “USB debugging” is enabled, then enable “Bug report shortcut”. Capture bug report by holding the power button and selecting the “Take bug report” option.

Description
I've made the things you recommended like clearing the cache from Play store and Play games, reboot the smartphone, I have plenty of space, there are no Android updates, etc. I believe the problem is in your side. I ask kindly for the problem to be fixed. Thank you very much.
