Issue: Managed instance groups are not automatically deleted after the associated cluster is deleted.

Expected Behavior: When a cluster is deleted, the corresponding managed instance group should also be deleted.

Purpose: This issue tracker is to track the status for the permanent fix to the errors that prevent managed instance group deletion.
