https://developers.google.com/apps-script/guides/services/quotas does not mention any quotas or restrictions for doGet(e) and doPost(e).

The only reference regarding restrictions for this methods that I've found is in the "Restrictions" section for Simple Triggers, which is a bit of a counter-intuitive location.
