As indicated in the public docs [1], auto-language detect is only supported for chat conversations. The customer is asking to support the same feature but for voice conversations.

If somebody calls a number and we greet them in English and Spanish for example, if they start speaking Spanish, then our agent turns to Spanish. Another useful scenario to consider, if a parameter is passed into the agent that is built with multiple languages selected, the parameter could switch the language as well. For example, we have specific phone numbers for Spanish and French, and with this feature enabled, they could access the same agent.

Currently, we have to build separate agents/flows to support multi-lingual end users.
