Description
Issue Summary:
The customer is unable to integrate Cloud Functions with the “Dialogflow ES” console without giving editor access and they are observing the message [1]. Please see the attached screenshot for reference.
Actual behavior:
Currently, integrating Cloud Functions with Dialogflow ES console requires the "Developer" or "Editor" role, which grants broad editing permissions and this goes against the customer's security best practices and is not ideal for their organization.
Expected behavior:
The customer should be able to integrate Cloud Functions with the Dialogflow ES console using a role with less privilege than "Editor".
[1]: If you want to use Cloud Functions integration, you should have at least "developer" Dialogflow or "Editor" Google Cloud IAM primitive role
