This will create a feature request which anybody can view and comment on.

Please describe your requested enhancement. Good feature requests will solve common problems or enable new use cases.

What you would like to accomplish:

To enable the Google Cloud Platform Guest Agent to support non-English user groups, specifically when the administrator group has a localized name.

How this might work:

By identifying the group through the well known sid

If applicable, reasons why alternative solutions are not sufficient:
