Description
Some need Service Account support for KEY_ALG_RSA_4096 in order to fulfill regulatory requirements from their InfoSec. Currently only 1k and 2k RSA keys are supported
What you expected to happen:
Allow key size 4096 in KEY_ALG_RSA
