Description

Problem you have encountered:
Some users on the recipient list stopped receiving scheduled report emails. When testing by adding a new user to verify if they would receive the scheduled reports, an error occurs when attempting to save changes to the scheduled report.
Expected outcome: All users on the list should receive scheduled reports, and it should be possible to add a new user and save successfully.
Steps to reproduce:
Navigate to an existing report with scheduled delivery enabled. Attempt to add a new user and save—currently, this action results in an error indicating the operation has failed.
