What type of Android issue is this?

What steps would let us observe this issue?

1. The problem appears globally, haptics feel different, more like a vibration with a horrible empty feeling, feels so much worse than before on stable 15, at least on P8P. Before it was the best haptic I've ever felt, now it feels like a cheap phone with a rattling vibration motor.

What did you expect to happen?
Expected having the same lovely haptics from QPR1 betas.

What actually happened?
Got these weird strong vibrating haptic feedback.

What was the effect of this issue on your device usage, such as lost time or work?

Additional comments
Please, give us back the lovely haptics from 15 stable or at least make it an option in settings, maybe more than 3 levels on the slider to soften the vibration out.
