Issue Summary: Customer was trying to use cloud Dataflow with a subnet of shared vpc and a VPN tunnel.However, the issue was resolved. Customer shared many insights on how Dataflow can be enhanced to a state , so that it provides a more configurable comprehensive solution.

What Customer expects:
Integration of Apache Hop with dataflow. The suggestion was to retrofit Apache Hop with some of the existing dataflow pipeline design examples that are not part of Apache
Hop. This way, one would be able to avail more robust solutions that can accommodate both ETL/ELT with UI and be able to scale on Kubernetes.
