It looks like the following libraries are including overlapping sets of lint checks:
* androidx.navigation:navigation-compose
* androidx.navigation:navigation-runtime
* androidx.navigation:navigation-common

For example, they all define WrongStartDestinationType (and more recently, MissingKeepAnnotation).

This is problematic, because lint issue id's must be unique!
