When using androidx.compose.material3.ModalBottomSheet, we have access to pass the SheetState. This enables us to control how the sheet is initially displayed (like skipPartiallyExpanded = true).

That is not possible using androidx.compose.material.navigation.bottomSheet(). It is hidden inside BottomSheetNavigator there, so we can't control how the sheet is initially displayed.

This should really be changed. Now I'm forced to use the "old" ModalBottomSheet.
